Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed only once per item.
You may exchange for a different size or another product of equal or higher value.
If the new item is priced higher, the difference must be paid. If priced lower, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be issued as store credit to your Boldframe XXIV Wallet only.
